The Founders of Hartford
Thomas Bliss, Jr., came with his father to Hartford, and was allotted a piece of land south of and adjoining
his father's lot. He removed to Saybrook, where he m., Oct., 1644, Elizabeth -; from thence he removed to Norwich,
about 1660 ; freeman at Norwich, 1663 ; d. there April 15, 1688.
